Shipping Information

Shipping is available to most continents and varies for location, package weight and service. Most items are shipped via DHL with insurance and tracking service. For small to medium size parcels, shipping prices are as follows:

EU — 12 EUR (insured)
Non EU — 14 EUR (insured)
UPS Express — 45 EUR (insured)

Germany — 10.50 EUR (insured)

Shipping to some countries varies in price and can be more expensive.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties.

If the parcel is refused due to unnexpected or unpaid duties we cannot provide a refund.
In the case of a delivery being unseccessful (due to fees being unpaid by customer, or the courier attempting several deliveries to no avail) the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us at AusrieFel. The fee ammounts will be deducted from your order refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be able to receive a refund for the order.

All the sales are final and returns cannot be accepted unless there is a serious fault with the item upon receiving the product. All products are thoroughly checked before shipping.

If there are any problems the customer must contact AusrieFel within 2 weeks of delivery.

Please be aware that latex products requires care and I will not accept damage for neglected items.
